TPS - Plastisol silk-screen
heat transfer 

TPS is a covering heat transfer covering, PVC based and phthalates-free, medium-elastic
and with a velvety plastic look.

TPS can be realized both in the opaque version
and with a shiny glossy effect (shiny TPS)
and it is applied at temperatures included
between 160 and 180°C (cold paper peel-off).

TPS is used for the personalization of fashion clothing and for printing of Pantone® color logos
(TPS is realized only and exclusively
in transfer silk-screen, using colors
to the sample requested by the customer).

This heat transfer is particularly suitable for cotton (white/colored/dark),
both rigid and moderately elastic.

This product can be made
in flat colors from one to more colors
also fluorescent/luminescent,
phosphorescent glitter and metallic colors.

TPS is supplied on mat transfer paper
for the standard version while
on glossy transfer paper for the brighter version.
The shiny version appears
on the fabric as a glossy paint effect.
In special cases it could be supplied on a polyester support.
